Trafin AI-First IT Operating Model
From software development to business capability ownership
We are building an IT model where software is not the end goal. The goal is to create reliable business capabilities powered by AI, automation, operational excellence and clear ownership.
Core principle
Our goal is not to produce more code.
Our goal is to create reliable business capabilities powered by AI, software and operational excellence.
Success is measured by business impact, not technical activity.

Shared Principles
Why it works
Many ceremonies, two weekly meetings
We define focused ceremonies, then merge the ones with the same type of decision. In a normal week that leaves just two short live blocks — everything else runs monthly, every other week, or only when needed. Three full days stay free for deep work.
11 ceremonies in a normal week become 2 weekly meetings
Monday
Priority to Ticket
The main decision block of the week: Business Prioritization, Work Preparation, and Weekly Delivery Planning. The AI Engineering Session runs here every other week.
Tuesday
Delivery Health + Service Health
Two short health ceremonies; for a small team, 15 + 15 minutes is often enough.
